IT Project Manager - UK Visa Sponsorship Available

Job Description

  • End-to-End Project Life Cycle Lifecycle: Define project scopes, create granular project plans, allocate internal/external resources, manage budgets, and mitigate risks across multiple concurrent technical rollouts.
  • Digital Transformation Execution: Lead critical company-wide deployments, including transitioning to integrated cloud-native electronic care plans, digital eMAR (Medication Management) architectures, advanced monitoring systems, and central HR payroll systems.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships, contracts, and delivery timelines with external hardware suppliers and enterprise software developers. Coordinate regularly with care home steering committees to update them on milestones.
  • Change Management & User Adoption: Collaborate with clinical trainers to develop comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) models, training guides, and change-management frameworks to ensure care assistants and nurses smoothly adopt new technologies.
  • Post-Implementation Auditing: Conduct rigorous post-project reviews to ensure tech rollouts meet operational KPIs, troubleshoot systemic bugs, and hand completed systems over to the operational IT support team.

Person Specification

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of dedicated IT project management experience. Delivering tech projects.
  • Qualifications: Mandatory professional certification.
  • Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with cloud-computing migration pathways (Azure/AWS), network architecture rollouts, data protection frameworks (GDPR), and professional project-tracking tools.
  • Behavioural Traits: Exceptional structured thinking, authoritative leadership, clear cross-functional communication, and excellent conflict-resolution skills.
