Financial Manager - UK Visa Sponsorship Available

The Financial Manager will spearhead the centralised corporate finance function for A&I Care Home. This pivotal role requires an analytical, forward-thinking finance professional who can translate complex data sets into actionable business intelligence to guide the executive board. You will oversee the entire accounting department, ensuring robust internal financial controls across all trading entities.Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Financial Planning: Design, execute, and monitor the group’s long-term financial strategies, capital expenditure (CapEx) programs, and annual corporate budgeting cycles.
• Corporate Governance & Compliance: Oversee complex statutory reporting, corporate tax positioning, VAT compliance (including partial exemption calculations), and coordinate all external audit proceedings.
• Treasury & Cash Flow Optimisation: Manage consolidated corporate liquidity, optimise working capital, oversee debt financing covenants, and deliver hyper-accurate cash flow forecasting models.
• M&A and Investment Analysis: Lead financial due diligence, feasibility studies, and financial modelling for new care home site acquisitions, physical expansions, or property developments.
• Team Leadership: Manage, develop, and evaluate a team of corporate accountants, ledger clerks, and payroll specialists at the head office.
